Quick Facts
- Hometown: Dexter, NY
- Lacrosse Bio: I played high school ball at General Brown before starting my collegiate career at SUNY Jefferson. I played for two years at JCC, collecting the program’s best and second best records, respectively. After Jefferson, I transferred to Utica College of Syracuse University (Now Utica University) to finish my career. After my playing time was over, I was honored to coach at UC for another 4 years under Syracuse legend Tim Nelson before moving back to the North Country and starting my high school at General Brown. I’ve coached at every level while at GB over the last 20 years and counting. I’m the current General Brown Modified Coach. In the Fall of 2023, I became the Head Coach at SUNY Jefferson, where we are working hard and are ready to compete in our first season since pre-COVID. I’ve spent every summer for the last decade coaching North Country travel teams. First with Ryan Powell’s Rhino lacrosse, then with the Unity Lacrosse Club family, and now I’m super excited to continue providing high-level lacrosse opportunities through 1812 Cannons LC.
- Favorite Food: I’m a Hamburger and French Fries Kinda Guy
- Favorite College Lacrosse Team: Syracuse…..Is there another??
- Biggest Highlight of playing/coaching career: I’ve never been part of a team with a losing record, have spoken twice at the USLacrosse National Coaching Convention, been named the USLacrosse Coach of the Year, and most importantly have helped dozens of North Country Lacrosse players get recruited to play at the next level!
