- Hometown: Adams Center, NY
- Lacrosse Bio: As a three-sport athlete at South Jefferson, I discovered my passion for lacrosse in 7th grade, and it quickly became my favorite sport. During high school, I excelled as a long stick midfielder and close defensemen. After graduating from South Jefferson in 2001, I spent a year playing at Utica College before transferring to Mercyhurst College. At Mercyhurst, I was a starting defensemen and had the honor of competing in the national semifinals twice. In 2005, I graduated from Mercyhurst and pursued graduate studies at Lindenwood University in St. Louis. While there, I served as an assistant coach, leading the team to the NAIA national tournament. Eventually, I returned to the north country and now reside in Watertown. I am actively involved in the Watertown youth lacrosse program and enjoy coaching my son’s 35/36 team.
- Hobbies: I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and making a poor attempt at being a decent golfer.

- Biggest Highlight of playing/coaching career: Watching my son play and enjoy the game I love. A close 2nd is the lifelong friendships I made at Mercyhurst which are still strong 25 years later.
