- Lacrosse Bio: Played 4 years of varsity lacrosse at Carthage (1995-98); 2 time All-American; 2-time Empire State Games participant; sectional championship in 1996; Started every game for 4 years at Syracuse from 1999-2002; 3-time All-American (2nd team in 2000, 1st team in 2001-02); 2-time National Champion (2000 & 2002); played in and scored at least 1 goal in 4 straight National Championship Games; 2-time finalist for the Tewaarton Trophy (2001 & 2002); Played for Team USA in the 2002 World Championships in Perth, Australia and won a gold medal in those games; Drafted 1st overall in the 2002 MLL draft and 9th overall in the NLL (Indoor League) draft; played 4 seasons with the Rochester Rattlers, New Jersey Pride, and Chicago Machine; League All-Star in 2003 & 2004; Has coached various levels of local lacrosse including varsity lacrosse at Lowville from 2007-2012; currently helps with Lowville Youth Lacrosse and JV lacrosse coach at Lowville; Currently is the Varsity Football coach at Lowville; teams won section 3 championships in 2016 & 2019
