- Hometown: Adams, NY
- Lacrosse Bio: I was handed my first lacrosse stick at seventh grade. Since then, I have been hooked on the game. I was a 3-sport athlete, 2-time All-American player in Lacrosse and Soccer. Participant in the Empire State Games. I was a 2-year Midfield / Face-Off starter for Herkimer College from 2001 – 2003 earning MVP honors for both years. In those years, we appeared in two National Championships and finally took one home in 2003 with an 18-0 record. From there I was recruited to Div. II Limestone College in South Carolina. Appearing in 2 more National Championships. Returned home to the North Country where I have Coached for over 10 years in different levels from Youth to Varsity.
- Hobbies: As a Hobby, I enjoy Hunting, and Fishing on the boat with the Family.

- Biggest Highlight of playing/coaching career: The honor of playing lacrosse with some of the best players in the country and being able to bring home a National Championship. In my coaching career, I feel very lucky to share my love of lacrosse with younger players. Watching my son excel in the game brings me immense joy, as he learns valuable life lessons along the way. Coaching allows me to inspire the next generation, teaching them teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship. It’s a wonderful experience to guide these young athletes and see them grow both on and off the field, building skills that will help them throughout their lives.
