- Lacrosse Bio: Attended IHC High School where I was a 3 sport athlete. For lacrosse, I was a 3 year Varsity starter; including 1st team All North ‘07 (in lacrosse and football), Honorable Mention All North ‘06, 1st team All Frontier League ‘07, and 2nd team All Frontier League ‘06. I then attended Utica College where I started all 4 years of my college career. I am the former head coach for Varsity Lacrosse at Indian River where I helped lead them to their first sectional appearance since 2004. I then coached youth lacrosse at IHC for 5 years. I am currently coaching my son’s modified team as well as my youngest son’s 1st/2nd grade team at South Jefferson. Most recently, my passion for lacrosse and teaching the game has led me to become the coach of the 2031 and 2036/2037 Cannons Lacrosse Teams.
- Hobbies: One thing I enjoy outside of lacrosse is spending time with my family and kids. I am a die-hard Minnesota Vikings fan and big sports card collector. I also own my own woodworking business and am one of the owners of 1812 Sports and Entertainment.

- Biggest Highlight of playing/coaching career: In my playing career, beating the #9 team in the country, Nazareth during my freshman year of college. For my coaching career, having the opportunity to coach my kids and watching them succeed.
